【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com The private economy of China had made a great progress since China’s reform and opening up, it played an important role on maintaining social stability, increasing social employment and promoting the development of the socialist market system. It made great contribution to China’s economic development and social progress, and became to be an important power for nation’s economy development.In recent years, As an important province of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base, Liaoning’s economy came through an fast growth in private economy, to be an active growth point. In 2009, the top 100 private company’s operating income reached 357.916 billion yuan, and the tax payment is 19 billion yuan, meanwhile, there are 451.4 thousand labors worked in the private company.But there is still a great gap between Liaoning province and developed area of the nation. There are a lot of private companies became bankruptcy since the Financial Crisis of 2008, so it is a real important problem for the central and local government to find a workable path to develop the private economy. Each province will chose different path to develop because of different external environment and internal mechanis that the province faces, and it is the question we need to research is that how the feature of varies paths play its role in the area development.This paper will work out a path to give advices for Liaoning private economy on research of Liaoning’s environment, the classis mode system, the comparison between them, and learn from foreign experience to support the development of E development.
