试谈中学德育学科教育教学具体规律

德育有广义和狭义之分。广义德育是指社会德育。狭义德育,是指学校德育,其中包括德育课程、各科课程、班主任工作、党团工作、时事政策教育等活动。本文所选用的是狭义德育的概念,具体研究中学德育学科(即“初中思想品德课”和“高中思想政治课”的统称)的教育教学具体规律不足。长期以来,德育研究一直备受人们的关注。在德育的研究范畴中,涉及德育的基本概念、德育的基本原理、德育内容、德育模式、德育过程及其规律等诸多不足。笔者认为这其中最重要、最关键的是对德育规律的研究,因为德育规律是进行德育工作的基本依据。马克思主义哲学告诉我们,世界上任何事物的变化发展都有其自身的客观规律并受规律支配。因此人们认识和改造事物的前提是研究和掌握事物自身的规律,按规律办事。只有这样人们认识和改造事物的活动才能取得成功。中学德育学科教育教学的实质是德育性,它是中学德育的主体和核心。为了开展好中学德育学科的教育教学工作,中学德育工作者必须首先认识和掌握中学德育规律。中学德育规律分为中学德育基本规律和具体规律。当前国内学者对中学德育规律的研究地集中在“中学德育基本规律”的不足上,很少有学者论及“中学德育的具体规律”不足。作为中学德育工作者,在认识和掌握中学德育规律时,不仅要掌握它的基本规律,而且更要掌握其各种具体规律。本文将重点研究中学德育具体规律不足。本文在用教育学和心理学理论中学德育学科教育教学具体规律不足的基础上,特别从马克思主义哲学理论的视角了中学德育学科的教育教学具体规律不足,以期对该不足的认识更全面、更深入、总结出的具体规律更科学。为了达到上述目标,本文具体采用了文献查阅、综述的研究策略和比较浅析浅析、逻辑思维、综合归纳的研究思路。文献查阅和综述法主要用于本文的第一、第二部分,而文章第三部分则侧重于运用比较浅析浅析、逻辑思维以及综合归纳的策略和思路。本文由引言、正文、结论三部分构成。全文以引言开篇,引言概述了研究中学德育学科教育教学具体规律的重要意义,从而提出本文的研究主题。正文分为三大部分。第一部分是基本理论部分,主要论述了“德育的本质和内涵”、“规律的内涵和特点”、“德育规律及其基本类型”、“研究中学德育学科教育教学具体规律的重要意义”四方面内容。第二部分从教育学、心理学视角了中学德育学科教育教学具体规律不足。最后一部分为全文的主体,作者从马克思主义哲学理论的角度了中学德育学科教育教学的具体规律不足,并提出了“中学德育学科教育教学主体与客体相统一的规律”、“中学德育学科传统教育教学内容与现代教育教学内容相统一的规律”、“中学德育学科传统教育教学策略与现代教育教学策略相统一的规律”、“中学德育学科教育教学社会化要求与中学生个性化发展相统一的规律”这四条具体规律。本文在结论部分简单论述了从教育学、心理学、哲学视角中学德育学科教育教学具体规律不足的区别与联系。
