农村初中学校课程规划存在理由和对策

农村教育是国家基础教育的重要组成部分,在整个义务教育体系中处于重中之重的地位。新课程革新确立的课程管理思想为学校课程规划提供了制度保障,赋予了学校课程领导的权力。课程规划是学校进行课程管理最集中的体现。因此,关注农村学校课程规划,开展对农村学校课程规划中存在的不足研究,对于进一步提高农村教育质量至关重要。学校做课程规划有利于实现国家课程、地方课程和校本课程的具体落实,实现课程的校本化。论文以文献法、问卷调查和访谈为主要研究策略。这是因为学校课程规划的实施现况只有在进行文献研究的前提下,才能进行有针对性的考察以便了解实际存在的不足,进而开展有针对性的研究。在选择个案的时候考虑到我国农村地区经济发展不平衡,在较短时间内具体考察整个国家的学校课程规划情况并不符合实际情况,所以选择了较为熟悉的家乡作为研究的对象。论文选择了县内几个具有代表性的农村学校作为实际考察对象进行研究。论文在准备阶段首先对课程规划的文献进行了浅析浅析综述,然后设计了问卷调查表和访谈提纲。在实际考察阶段通过问卷调查、访谈和实地考察对学校在课程规划中存在的不足进行梳理,然后进行理由浅析浅析之后,提出农村学校课程规划改善的措施。在调查研究中笔者发现,农村中学课程规划存在的主要不足有:学校对课程规划的整体认识上存在明显不足,课程规划实际执行不到位;学校课程设置不完整,新课程理念没有得到突出体现和认真落实;校本课程开发能力不高,课程设置单一;教师缺少课程实施的具体对策;学校课程评价方案过于片面化等。出现不足的主要理由有:学校考试制度和评价制度的约束;学校缺乏发展规划能力;教师课程理论水平低,专业发展的渠道少;农村义务教育经费投入不足等。针对以上不足,笔者提出以下倡议:革新学校教育制度;准确定位农村初中课程目标,整体规划学校课程;加强校长的课程领导;完善教师专业发展;健全教育经费保障体制等措施。本论文结构框架是:引言部分:不足的提出。主要阐明了选题的缘由、论文的意义、文献综述和研究思路和主要概念界定。第一章,农村初中学校课程规划存在的不足。本部分主要从课程内容、实施和评价等方面来探究课程规划实际执行中存在的不足。第二章,农村学校课程规划存在不足的理由浅析浅析。本部分主要从制度层面、课程层面、教师专业发展层面和政策保障等方面进行浅析浅析。第三章,农村学校课程规划的对策。主要有革新学校考试制度和评价制度;完善教师专业发展;准确定位农村初中教育课程目标,整体规划学校课程;提高课程规划科学化、化和进一步完善教育经费保障体制。

The establishment of the thought of the three levels curriculum administration has provided schools with the curriculum development rights. At the same time,it also gives schools the power of the leadership of the school curriculum. The school–based curriculum planning is the process of the curriculum administration. Therefore,in order to improve the teaching quality,it becomes important to focus on rural school curriculum planning and do some researches about it.In this paper,the main research methods are literature,survey and interview.The most important point before we do research is to understand what thins the predecessors he done.Through this method, we can he an overall understanding about this field. After that, the concrete problems can be found in the investigation process. As we know, it is impossible to survey all rural schools in a limited time, so the author selects his hometown Quzhou county,Hebei Province as the case in this paper.After investigations at junior high school in rural area ,the author thinks that the main problems of school curriculum planning include:the schools lack of cognitions of the school curriculum planning and not put it into practice;school courses are incomplete;The ability of school-based curriculum development is not high and the forms of curriculum is onefold;the teachers lacks of the strategies of curriculum implementation; the evaluation of school curriculum is one-sided,etc. According to the problems,the author put forward the following suggestions:reform school educational system;determine the curriculum targets in rural junior school;overall planning school curriculum ; strengthen the schoolmasters’curriculum leadership;improve teacher’s professional development;build education funds system,etc.The framework of this paper is:The first chapter mainly talks about the reasons and significance of selecting this topic and summarizing literature and research thought.The second chapter mainly defines the curriculum,curriculum planning and school curriculum planning and related definitions.The third chapter mostly discusses the problems of school curriculum in rural junior high school. This part , mainly from the aspects of the content ,implementation and evaluation of the curriculum explains the problems.The fourth chapter analyses the reasons of the existing problems from school institution,curriculum theory,teachers’professional development and educational policy.The last chapter mainly gives some suggestions about rural school curriculum planning.
