So, between manufacturing industry and logistics industry, there is existing coordination problem with the development. On one hand, the development of the manufacturing industry has offered the huge space of market for logistics industry, impel the fast development of the logistics industry in order to meet the demand for development of manufacturing industry; On the other hand, logistics industry’s enterprises pass the constant improvement of one’s own business procedure, improve logistics efficiency, thus this will reduce the cost so that the manufacturing company in cluster obtains larger profit. Driven by the profit, Manufacturing industry with logistics industry coordinating operation could only make industrial cluster obtain larger competitiveness.Based on this, this paper related to the development of planning, manufacturing and logistics co-ordination of issues. First, this paper described the background and signification of topics, analysis of domestic and foreign manufacturing and logistics co-ordination of Research, then presented the scope of this paper; second, the theory put forward this research system, defined logistics, manufacturing, and coordinating the operation of the relevant theory, the basic theory of this article; On this basis, the proposed logistics model manufacturing enterprises, analysis of the manufacturing and logistics operations coordination and mechani of its co-operation with built models and development paths, analysis of the manufacturing and logistics cooperative model and the co-evolution path.
