企业人力资源管理评价指标体系和应用

在现今知识经济时代,企业的竞争归根到底就是人才的竞争。任何一个企业都必须提升人力资源的素质,重视人力资源的开发和管理,才能创造企业的核心竞争力和持续竞争优势。在已跨入21世纪的经济时代,几乎所有的企业家都已经意识到并且承认“人力资源是企业最重要的资产”。任何一家追求卓越的企业,如果要想在市场竞争中持续获得优势,就必须重视人力资源建设和管理。本文首先介绍了人力资源管理的历史、近况及未来发展的趋势,然后是人力资源管理评价的重要性及如何建立评价指标体系,最后是应用举例。结论是人力资源管理评价可以明确人力资源职能对企业营运的贡献作用;提升人力资源部门在企业内部信用度和地位。

【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com During the time of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises becomes the competition for talent. Any enterprise has to improve the quality of its human resources in order to gain advantage against competitors. For the present, nearly all entrepreneurs he realized that human resources are the most valuable assets in one company. The enterprise has to put an emphasis on the development and management of human resources so as to improve its core competency and gain unique advantage.The beginning of this paper is an introduction of the following: the history of human resources management, its current status and the future trend. Then is the importance of the evaluation of human resources management and how to set up the evaluation system. The last part is an example. The conclusion is that the evaluation of human resources could clarify the contribution made by human resources to the operation and improve the credit and status of human resources department within an enterprise.The human resources evaluation system introduced in this paper is easy to understand, scientific and easy to implement. It could be used to evaluate the effectiveness of human resources management in one enterprise.
