Any enterprise has to improve the quality of its human resources in order to gain advantage against competitors. For the present, nearly all entrepreneurs he realized that human resources are the most valuable assets in one company. The enterprise has to put an emphasis on the development and management of human resources so as to improve its core competency and gain unique advantage.The beginning of this paper is an introduction of the following: the history of human resources management, its current status and the future trend. Then is the importance of the evaluation of human resources management and how to set up the evaluation system. The last part is an example. The conclusion is that the evaluation of human resources could clarify the contribution made by human resources to the operation and improve the credit and status of human resources department within an enterprise.The human resources evaluation system introduced in this paper is easy to understand, scientific and easy to implement. It could be used to evaluate the effectiveness of human resources management in one enterprise.
