Based on the research on the land contracting right of management circulation in Hebei province, this thesis try to provide suggestions for the land contracting right of management circulation.This thesis is mainly research on land contracting right of management by family contract obtain in Hebei the purpose of which is to discuss the suggestions of promoting the land contracting right of management province effectively circulation, so as to realize the scale-operating, improve the land utilization, and take example for the national. The writer applies to theoretical analysis combined with practical research, document analysis, comparative analysis, and discusses the law and policy, based on the investigation and the second national agricultural census integrates the views of the theory and academia, submit the suggestions for the land contracting right of management circulation .
