管理哲学视野下企业管理模式转变

这是一个机遇丛生、充满竞争的时代,这是一个风险与挑战兼具的舞台。民族要进步、国家要腾飞是这个时代的主旋律,企业要强大、个人要发展是每一个现代经济管理者向时怎么发表出的强烈呼声。当前,我们正在由资源经济向知识经济转变的历史时期,知识已成为最宝贵的战略资源,成为经济社会发展的主要推动力,企业的发展,社会的进步都离不开知识的积累,而知识的载体是具有生命力的人。所以,当今的时代,是注重人、重视人的主体地位的时代,是一个“以人为本”的时代。然而,在现实生活中,不少企业仍沿用传统的物本管理理论和模式,从而使企业陷入到困境之中。本文围绕现代企业由物本管理向人本管理转变这一主题,首先从理论上对人本思想的历史演变和发展作了简要的梳理和反思。西方的人本主义思想发端于欧洲中世纪之后的文艺复兴,其基本精神是否定神权,恢复人权,把人从宗教神学的统治中解放出来,肯定了人的独立和自由,强化了人的本位意识。资本主义的生产方式和社会制度,是一个地地道道的物本机器,它把人又置于物的统治和奴役之下,使人又重新回到了无自由无尊严被压迫的境地,对此马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》和《资本论》两部著作中均给予了深刻的揭露和无情的批判,强调人民群众的主体地位和价值,主张埋葬资本主义旧制度,建立使人民当家作主,每个人都能自由全面发展的社会主义和共产主义新制度,第一次为人类社会的发展指明了正确的方向。当代的西方马克思主义继承了马克思人文主义思想,,无论是卢卡奇的物化理论还是马尔库塞的“单向度人”的理论,都对资本主义尤其是发达资本主义扭曲人的本性、推动社会物欲横流拜金主义、利用文化强权使人丧失尊严自由成为忘却精神追求荒芜精神家园的“单向度人”的本质,强烈呼吁恢复实现人的全面发展。事实上,面对现代经济社会发展的新的形势,一些资本主义国家的企业都开始转变传统的企业管理理念和模式,进而推动了传统管理理论的理论变革,人本管理成为管理理论的重要内容和价值维度。哲学也把管理学纳入视野,通过对传统管理理论的反思和批判,肯定了由物本管理到人本管理转变的历史性意义。其次,从理论和实践的结合上对当前企业管理存在的“失人化”倾向进行了深刻的浅析浅析和批判,指出其理论和实际的危害性,说明适应时代潮流实行人本管理是大势所趋人心所向。理论的浅析浅析和现实的批判并不是目的,明确企业管理未来的战略重点和科学路径才是希冀所在。为此,本文第三部分以未来知识经济为背景,较为全面地论述了人力资源管理这种新型企业管理模式的内涵、原则、途径,深刻浅析浅析了其将给企业发展、乃至经济社会和人的全面发展所产生的划时代意义,对企业管理的科学转型具有一定的借鉴作用。
