Management philosophy is provided with not only nationality but worldity, it must he been gotten behind society if no worldity, and it must he been dropped away if no nationality. We must carry forward our Chinese traditional essence and accept western advantages to establish China Management philosophy guiding practice and improving our modernize.Chinese management philosophy is not only the production of practice but Marxi’s mark. Chinese management philosophy which birth up management practice, is the basic views about world, is the weltanschauung and methodology about production. Chinese management philosophy focus on both traditional practical philosophy and tranorming Marxi, therefore it is a great breakthrough of Marxi. Viewed as China guide line, Marxi must connect with our management practice to promote the management theory and practice. And then establish Marxi management philosophy. Chinese management philosophy is guided by Marxi. at the same time it enrich and improve the theory.Creating this dissertation,I wonder to offer lots suggestions and to lay emphasis on the relationship between philosophy and other subjects, for instance management philosophy. Marxi will accelerate forever.
