基于LEED绿色建筑经济评价策略

【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com Since the last century, resource and energy crisis he been occurred frequently in the world, it makes people he to pay more attention to resource conservation and environmental protection. When the world’s energy crisis broke out in the 70’s especially, it made people aware of rapid economic development model which in the expense of environment can no longer be followed, and construction industry which consumes much resource and energy must develop in a sustainable way.Sing resource, protecting environment and ensuring high-quality living circumstance is an important characteristic of sustainable development. LEED is the most completed and influenced green building rating system in the world which was established and promoted by U.S. Green Building Council at this moment. In this paper the author analyze the economic evaluation method based on the LEED evaluation system and estimate the benefits arose from green building to different people which could promote the development of green building in a healthy way. It includes:(1)To introduce the circumstance of green building in the world and analyze it in china especially, and then make some recommendations to solve the problems of green building.(2)To introduce the green building rating system of LEED, and analyze the difference with "green building rating standard" in china.(3)To introduce the generic evaluation method and analyze how it to evaluate green building in China, and then make some advice.(4)To bring in the life-cycle theory and improve the index of economic evaluation of green building evaluation system based on LEED. And advise to analyze the benefit of green building in the way of project goal, to establish a new evaluation method about different people effectively.(5)Verify the feasibility of new economic evaluation system in the way of evaluating the proposed "City Gate" project in preliminary design stage with economic evaluation on life-cycle.The economic evaluation of green building based on LEED in this paper can ensure investors to recognize the chance and consumers knowing benefit effectively which green building bring in, and it facilitates the promotion of green building.
