Its essential feature is to pay great attention to the practice,positively enter the world and aid the country.China is a very advanced country in regional cultures . Hunan culture creates a separate school in a lot of area cultures, which has unique elegant appearance and bearing in Chinese integral nation cultures. Its patrioti tradition, the value of attaining practical use , the bold and pioneering spirit,and the dauntless gumption are infiltrating Hunan people.As parading Hunan traditional culture, Hunan scholars attach importance to attain practical use and go into the society actively.Under the double infusion of Statecraft Ideology and Hunan culture, Zeng Guo Fan is respected not only by the coeval people but also by the later ages for his outstanding learning and astonishing cause and contribution. His spirit is rich and lively by criticizing heroic mettle of the court and the commone people.Zeng Guo Fan is far away from us as a great man in history , but the impact to over future generations is far-reaching , regardless of that he establishes the Hunan army , opens foreign affairs, still dispatches students studying abroad, correct development of science and technology and education to the modern times. His meritorious can not be allowed to go out. Just as the saying of the scholar Xia Zhengwu of the late Qing dynasty: For dozens of years, the politcs and academy of the government and people executing, do not surpass him .As the model of China traditional scholars and the apologist holding the building in a moment, Zeng Guofan inevitable has his limited aspect s: Because of excessively "faithful to the monarch ", he blocked the development of history.Emphasizing to attain practical use,but he ignore to reform the deep-seated system of the society.Though the hardship because of the current situation, introducing the west science and technology ,he does not take seriously for the west democratic politics and social sciences . It is the muff and limitation not only to his personal being but also to the time,it is the current situation that pushes him to face the most forward position, exactly as what Max speaks: "Come to say right away others both his action and all driving force, need to pass his mind, definitely, essential points changes the desire and motivation for him , ability makes him go into action ".The current political turbulenc of the late Qing Dynasty , the outside and the internal troubles made him he no choice, but to face the situation and exhaust his energy.He was commended the“First man”in the " Tongzhi Resurgent " by sing the precarious Qing regime and realized the brief thriving. The first part mainly elaborates the production of Zeng Guofan’s Statecraft Ideology. As traditional culture inheriting, his thought has the root which it produced. It is the cultural miniature in 5000 years.And his Statecraft Ideology also has the region characteristics of Hunan culture. It is the production of traditional culture and the lake Hunan culture. The second part mainly analyzes his thought connotation. As a confuciani master, his philosophy thought is rich. He derives the essences but he the new break through. The third part mainly elaborates his promising performance. His performance is various and succesul. This article mainly narrates two important matters which are organizing Xiang army and establishing the foreign affairs.They has affected and opened the advancement of Chinese modern times. The fourth part mainly elabrates the influence and the significance of his thought, Mainly narrating the influence to Hunan talent edperson community and to constructs harmonious social .The second part and the fourth part is the key point of this article.General Secretary Hu Jintao has a wide vision of continuing to developing and expanding the Chinese fine culture ", Which guides people to take face the value of tradition culture. Zeng Guo Fan has become the object to whom people pay close attention t lately. Conforming to this share tide of history and times turning point, this essay is mainly about the thought and influence of his Statecraft Ideology,and anlysing his thought’s coming into being, characteristics, and significance.
