抽油机载荷模拟装置设计

在当今社会的发展中,保护环境、节约能源越来越引起每个人的关注,并且已有很多国家上升到了政治的高度,如我国在“十一五”规划中已明确提出节能减排的目标。在此大环境下,耗能大户——油田机械纷纷身先士卒。本课题是为了通过对建立的游梁式抽油机载荷模拟装置的模拟,进而得到抽油机在近似实际工况下的各种数据,从而方便于游梁式抽油机节能方案的改善。本文采用了虚拟制造的策略,通过对设计的模型进行建模、装配、最后导入Adams虚拟环境中进行运动学和动力学仿真,利用现场采集数据的复现验证设计方案的可行性。本课题的研究内容如下:首先:简要浅析浅析了抽油机载荷模拟装置的研究背景与近况,重点浅析浅析了抽油机的悬点载荷(包括类型及其特性)和抽油机悬点的运动规律,并通过了Adams的运动学仿真,对其运动有更形象的了解;通过matlab进行计算,使其从理论上得到了验证。其次:浅析浅析现有的载荷模拟方案及其各模拟装置的优缺点,进而提出了自己的改善方案,并通过比较得出可行的最终方案:飞轮和磁粉离合器、磁粉制动器共同制约的载荷模拟方案。然后:根据确定的方案进行模型的设计、选型。包括拖动电动机、磁粉离合器、磁粉制动器、各个齿轮、轴、扭矩传感器、联轴器等零部件的设计与选型。并在三维模型proe中建立仿真需要的模型。最后:在proe中进行仿真模型的装配,并通过proe和Adams的接口软件MECH/PRO进行参数的设置,处理从现场采集到的数据,使其分时段地加在模拟装置的不同位置,从而得出整个周期的仿真数据。并通过对曲线的处理得到节能所需要的更直观的数据。通过现场采集的数据和仿真数据的比较,验证了模拟方案的合理性。因此可以得到不同工况下的仿真数据。可以说抽油机载荷模拟装置的设计非常具有现实意义,为抽油机节能制约系统的研发提供了数据支持,为完成节能减排的任务奠定基础。

【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com Along with the development of society, environment protection and energy sing,which he been risen to a political level in many countries, are attracting everyone’s attention. For example, our government has made clear in the eleventh five-year development guidelines the goal of conserving energy and reducing emission. Under this condition, pumping unit used in oil-field, which consumes a lot of energy are innovating for less energy consumption.By simulating the load simulator of beam-pumping unit, this acquires the data of pumping unit working under approximately actual conditions, which promotes the improvement of energy sing programme for beam-pumping unit.In this thesis, virtual manufacturing method is employed. It firstly establishes and assemblies the designed model, introduces the software of Adams in virtual environment to simulate for kinematics and kinetics, and checks the feasibility of the designed programme by using the experimented data.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, it briefly analyzes the research background and present status and focuses on the polished rod load of pumping unit(including type and characteristics) and on its law of movement. Through simulating for kinematics by Adams, the Pumping unit’s movement has been understood more vividly. And through calculation by the software of matlab, pumping unit’s movement rules he been verified theoretically.Secondly, it construes the present load simulation programme and the advantages and disadvantages of their respective model, puts forward the improving plan. By comparison, it draws the final programme:load simulation being controlled by flywheel, magnetic powder clutch and magnetic powder brake.Thirdly, it designs and chooses the model according to the plan, including that of driver motor, magnetic powder clutch, magnetic powder brake, gear, axle, torque transducer and coupling, and builds the model needed for simulating in the three dimensional model Proe.Finally, it assemblies the simulating model in Proe, set the parameter by MECH/PRO, interface software of Proe and Adams, handling the data experimented by adding it to different places of the model on different time intervals in order to get the simulating data of the whole cycle, and obtain the more visual data needed for sing energy by analyzing the curve.Through the comparison between the experimented data and simulation results, it proves the rationality of the simulating programme. As a result, it can get simulating data from different working conditions. It is safe to say that the design of load simulator of pumping unit is much useful and practical. Because it provides data for the research and development of pumping unit’s energy sing control system and construct the foundation of conserving energy and reducing emission.
