Compared with the developed countries, our country MBA education develops later, but develops rapidly. Our country’s MBA education is shouldering our market economy construction to raise large quantities of qualified managerial talent’s hey responsibility, needs unceasingly to reform and in the exploration foundation gradually forms conforms to China actual situation and the adaptation socialist market economy system request. At present, the MBA colleges and universities in our country are unceasingly increasing. The comprehensive strength, the quality of teachers and the school condition of various colleges and universities are irregular. School forms and school types are also various. In the situation of the MBA education is increasingly competitive, it is an urgent issue to be tackled with the problem as to how to integrate resources effectively, take advantage of own special advantages in order to develop MBA education to adapt to the requirements of enterprises and seek broad space for the development of the MBA education. This paper focuses on the characteristics of MBA education running in economics and management with MBA School of XN University of Finance and Economics as an example. At the same time, the paper will combine the current situation and future trends of MBA education in domestic and foreign universities to study and explore the MBA education management model.The thesis consists of six parts. Part One analyses the research background, purpose and significance of the present paper. Part Two is an overall introduction to the fundamental theory of the MBA education. Part Three analyses and studies the MBA education management model at home and abroad. Part Four uses the SWOT analytic methods to summarize the superiority, the inferiority, opportunity and the challenge of the MBA education management model in economic universities. Part Five explores economic universities how to play to their strengths and get rid of existing problems in order to bring the features, creativity and suitability of the MBA education into play based on the MBA education of XN University of Finance and Economics. Part Six gives suggestions and comments on the education model adopted by economic universities in the aspect of improvement and innovation on the bases of the above’ discussion.
