The gove- rnment of Anhui province proposed a slogan of " Universal entrepreneurial action" timely,which set off all the people start enterprise across the whole province immediately. Developing entrepreneurial talent become a new educational idea in Anhui MBA. Developing entrepreneurial talent can not do without high quality teachers. Which qualities should Anhui MBA teachers possess to qualify the work of Developing entrepreneurial talent has become an urgent problem in Anhui MBA, and has a more important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the main research processes are as follows:Do comparative analysis of the characteristics between the Developing entrepreneurial talent and the traditional MBA education, thus refining of the role requirements of teachers in Anhui MBA, then do job analysis of Anhui MBA teachers. These can provide a basis of analysis for building the teacher competency model of Anhui MBA.Integrate the methods of short-term research assisted by experts and the future work design proposed by Spencer, build the teacher competency model of Anhui MBA. Refer to the research of "Innovative Teachers" and "Double professioned" teacher quality/competency, extract the teacher competency elements initially, then do an empirical research to extract teacher competency elements by the methods of questionnaire survey、factor analysis and finally build a teacher competency model of Anhui MBA.Do evaluate research to the teacher competency model of Anhui MBA by the methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This study is to provide a useful reference for MBA teacher management , particularly for human resource management work of teachers in Anhui MBA.
