The most important task for organizations and individuals is to manage the knowledge. Knowledge management is one of the strategic resources in the knowledge economy era, and the enterprise is composed of knowledge and knowledge flow. Knowledge is static, and it can be converted to performance attribution when the knowledge used in practice. The enterprise competence and competitive advantage is heily dependent on the knowledge. Enterprise knowledge management takes the important responsibility.In the meanwhile, employee training, as the important content of enterprise human resource, has new responsibility and function and become the treasure of success for the enterprise in the knowledge economic age. As one of the most important parts of human resource management, training helps employees obtain knowledge, hence improving the competence of an enterprise.Knowledge management and training could be mutually promoted because they he the same goals, they are both based on knowledge, and they both affected the employees. But, so far, most of the studies focus on researching knowledge management or training separately. So it is meaningful to study knowledge management and training together.Through deep research on basic theory of knowledge management and training system, this paper presents the contents, characteristics, and functions of training system which is based on enterprise knowledge management. It also tries to build up a feasible employee training system based on enterprise knowledge management. At last, it explains how the training system works through introducing and evaluating a corporation’s training system.Purpose of the research is to design an employee training system based on enterprise knowledge management through linking the theory of knowledge management and the theory of training together, providing references for enterprise resource training and development.
