【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com In recent years, although the Es make a significant contribution to our economy, but its safety production situation is very serious, major accidents continue to occur, take a major economic loss to our state and society. On the base of reading a large number of literatures, the paper considers that effective enhance the driving force in aspects of safety production input will take great help to the improvement of safety performance. Safety production problems of Es attracted more and more attention of domestic and foreign scholars, but most only stay in the theory stage, empirical research is rare. In this paper, the core is the influence relationships of the safety input of Es on the safety performance of Es, the research method used structural equation model, validated the relationship between the two, fundamentally raised the measures and suggestions of effective improving safety performance of Es, ensure the safety production of Es.Firstly, by studying domestic and foreign literature, introduced related theory of the Es, security management, security performance management, structural equation modeling and etc; then put forward the concept of safety performance, for the induction of its two dimensions: occupational injuries and accidents and safety system works effects. Integrate domestic and foreign research we found that a low level of safety performance of Es in China is mainly due to inadequate safety input power. How the specific enterprise security input affected the safety performance? I draw on previous research results in, based on the prior input and the ongoing input, divided the safety input into four dimensions: enterprise safety training, work injury insurance, safety protection and emergency rescue, enterprise daily security management.Secondly, aim the issue of safety performance of Es, based on the existing security environment and classical scale of security situation, combined the self part terms with absorbing the mature scale of the international, built an influence scale on safety input on the safety performance by fiting the actual situation of Es, to research the current situation of the safety input and the safety performance of Es in China. Combined with Chinese actual conditions, using scales research methods, interviews and questionnaires, and repeated testing and revising the scale, obtain the influencing factors of safety performance of Es with the methodology of empirical analysis.Thirdly, this paper used of statistical methods, factor analysis and structural equation model for quantitative analysis of empirical data, to verify hypothesis and analyse the conclusion.Finally, based on learning from foreign mature experience in enterprise security management, aim the current situation of safety production of Es in China, proposed the countermeasures of increasing the level of safety performance of Es in China.
