Day by day nongovernment economy has become an important part of economic structure in our country. At present, nongovernment economy has been reasonable defined in the law and it goes into a new period.As everyone knows, financial management is the core of enterprise management. To some extent, do well in financial management is means to grasp the nose of an ox .Nongovernment business also increasingly realizes the important and inevitability of financial management. While financial management in nongovernment business is in an unnormal state because of its special economic pattern. So its financial management not only should consider the financial target, financial environment, the methods in financial management, and should control invest decisions, circulate necessary funds, assets management decisions, but also should make specific analysis and choice considering its special state.The paper is established in nongovernment economy, it analyses the weakness sector in its financial management ,and the paper advances some effective countermeasures to strengthen its financial management. The paper is devided to four parts :the first part is the summarize of the nongovernment economy status in national economy ;the second part analyses the main problem which exists in its financial management; the three part deeply analyses the problems which exists in financial management; and the last part tables some rationalization recommends based on the analysis.
