The ideological and political education management in universities is a key factor, which is related to the effectiveness of ideological and political education. A series of new situations and problems in the ideological and political education management, in universiti es, impact on the actual results of the ideological and political education and restrict the development of the ideological and political education. Therefore, the study to construct the ideological and political education’s management system in universities will imperatively become an important issue for the ideological and political education.This thesis utilizes the Marxi’s standpoints, viewpoints and methods, takes the university ideological and political education management’s four base elements and the Management’s Four basic principles as the core, and studies systematically the construction’s necessity, basic principles, base elements and ways. This thesis is for the purpose of constructing a new Ideological and political education management system pattern in universities. This pattern is a body, namely by "General System Theory" for the guiding principle, taking "four big essential factors and four basic principles" as the basic content, taking "Socialist four personnel" as the core. This tentative pattern is as follows. The university Ideological and political education management system is an interrelated and interaction system, which is by "General System Theory" for the guiding principle, taking the four base elements such as managers, managed objects, ways of management, results of management in the university Ideological and political education and the four basic principles such as the energy level principle, the principle of humani, the systems theory, the effective and benefit principle as the content, looking on cultivating and Creating the sociali constructor and the successor with "Ideals, morality, culture, and discipline" as an ultimate objective. In this thesis, the four basic ways how to build the management patterns of the university ideological and political education had been analysised focusly. Namely using the energy level principle, optimizes superintendent’s organization movement; utilizing the principle of humani, strengthens the education administration of managed objects; utilizing the system principle, achieves the optimum matching in the mode of administration; utilizing the effective and benefit principle, pursue the whole effect of management resultIn order to further Strengthening and improving the university Ideological and political education management, completing the sacred duty of universities endowed by party and country in the new era, it is necessary to research deeply it, thus enhances the actual effect of the university ideological and political education management This thesis altogether divides into five parts. Firstly,it elaborates the Ideological and political education management system construction’s research in universities and the literature review by the introduction, explains its mentality and methods; Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of the university Ideological and political education management;Thirdly, it sets out to build the necessity and the main principless of a new management system;Then, it constructs a new pattern of the university Ideological and political education management system. Finally, it uses the energy level principle, the principle of humani, the systems theory, the effective and benefit principle in the Management to analyze separately the four basic elements such as managers, managed objects, ways of management, results of management in the university Ideological and political education and studies their ways which builds the new system.
