王安石政治哲学探析

政治哲学是中国传统政治哲学中的重要组成部分,而王安石的政治哲学思想又占有十分重要的地位。对王安石的研究虽然从宋代就开始了,但是历史上对王安石的学术定位却有很大的分歧,主要是围绕其学术流派的争论。本文认为王安石基本的学术思想还是属于儒家哲学的范畴,本文从内圣外王的角度,对王安石包含的儒家政治哲学的进行分贯通。本文的第一部分,主要浅析浅析了宋代前期的政治、经济和文化状况,对王安石的生平和学术做了相关论述。本文的第二部分,主要论述了王安石政治哲学的基础。王安石政治哲学的基础是其人性论和本体论。王安石在前人人性论的基础,提出了人性无善无恶的观点。现实中的善恶基本上是从后天之习所决定,而非先天的内在的善根或者本根,“习”是王安石人性论的最终落脚点。“习”的方向是儒家的“圣人”,王安石的“圣人”的人格一方面通万物之理,具有高尚的道德情操。另一方面圣人可以因时而变,为世间立法,建立事功。因此王安石把“学以至圣”作为个人的修养目标。“学以至圣”必须从两方面出发,一是所谓“学之之道”,二是所谓“修之之道”。王安石提出了“道兼本末”和天人相分的观点,为其变法做了进一步的依据。文章的第三部分主要论述的是王安石政治哲学的主要内容。王安石的政治哲学的主要内容包括四个方面:君民观、法制观、人才观和理财观。君民关系上,王安石提出了“国以民为本”的观点,并在此基础上提出了尊王贱霸的统治对策,并浅析浅析了王道和霸道的区别;王安石的法治思想从立法到司法,都有一整套严密的逻辑体系,从其主持的变法来看,实行的法治有具有现代法治国家的雏形。王安石的立法思想中,“上下守法”的思想是对中国法治的思想的一次变革,把君主也纳入了必须守法的行列。提出了方今之急在人才的观点,建立缜密的人才培养选拨体系。在财政方面,王安石继承了儒家藏富于民的理财传统,提出了以义理财的观点。第四部分主要探讨王安石的政治哲学的价值意蕴,其仍然具有很强的实际价值,对我国的现代化的建设仍然具有相当强的指导意义。

The study of wang anshi started from the song dynasty though, but the history of academic position of wang anshi very differently, the mainly is that debate surrounding its academic schools. This paper argues that wang anshi basic academic thought still belongs to the category of Confucian philosophy, this article from the Angle of king outside a saint inside of wang anshi, contain the Confucian political philosophy on points breakthrough.This paper mainly analyzed the first part of the song dynasty, the political, economic and cultural conditions of wang anshi’s life, make the correlative in academic and discussed. In the second part, mainly discusses the foundation of wang anshi political philosophy. Wang anshi political philosophy is the basis of the theory of human nature and ontology. Wang anshi based in previous theory of human nature, and puts forward without good no evil human nature views. The reality of good and evil basically decided the acquisition from the day after tomorrow, not innate the innate goodness roots, or root, "custom" is the ultimate human nature of wang anshi foothold. "Custom" direction is Confucian "saints", wang anshi’s "saints" through all the personality on one hand cut he noble moral sentiment On the other hand saint can consistent over time, as the world legislation and build a complex. Wang anshi proposed "word and recommendations" and heen are separated views, as its political reform made further basis.The third part of the article mainly discuss is the main content of wang anshi political philosophy. Wang anshi’s political philosophy include four aspects:gentleman people view, consequently, training of talents and financial management concepts. Jun people relationship, wang anshi proposed "kingdom of people with" point of view, and proposed in this foundation and the rule of king base bully tactics, and analyses the difference between Con-fuciani bossy; Wang anshi’s legal thoughts from the legislation to judicial, he a rigorous logic system, from their perspective, hosted the reform of the modern rule of law he nation. Wang anshi’s legislative ideas, "fluctuation law-abiding" thought is the rule of law in China a tranormation, the thoughts of the monarch also included must obey the law ranks. In terms of finance, wang anshi inherited Confucian hidden abound, and puts forward the finance people with righteousness financial point of view. The fourth part mainly discusses the value of wang anshi’s political philosophy connotation, its still which is of great practical value, the construction of the modernization of our country still has very strong significance.
