【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com In recent years, information silos and application island which are produced in national informationize construction process restrict enterprises’development. With national electronic government administration construction in-depth development, cross department resource integration and information exchange are increasing day by day. Building government administration information resource exchange platform, resolving cross department business cooperation and information exchange are gradually becoming the main task of electronic government administration construction.The main objective of the information exchange platform is to realize industry and commerce, national tax, local tax, quality technology supervision departments fundamental information exchange and sharing, to build based on industry and commerce fundamental information, taking organization code as unique symbol, complete, accurate and dynamic enterprise fundamental information bank.This thesis begin with analyzing electronic government administration information exchange platform construction background and current situation, firstly analyze and research the platform’s technology and applications, then integrate national and local standard and guidebook about the platform construction, design platform framework, working process, network structure, system function, performance and security generally. Next the thesis give detailed design for main four modules, connection bridge, adapter system,message service, comparison and integration, realize the whole process of electronic government administration information, from data collection to data tranission, to data comparison to data storage. Lastly apply the design into enterprise fundamental information and enterprise credit information exchange system, and verify the constructing process of the platform is correct and practical.In the initial stage of electronic government administration information exchange platform, the author take part in making plan, researching and choosing technology and build system architecture. During building the platform, the author mainly work on adapter system design and implement, data comparison system design and implement.Up to now,the platform is applied in more than 10 provinces, cover enterprise fundamental information, enterprise credit information and population fundamental information business scope.
