【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com With the coming of economic globalization ,the competition among enterprises become serious, and logistics turn into the third profit resource of enterprise development. as an important factor to enhance the competence of enterprise, logistics attracts the key attention from theorists and managers. Some representative theories appearing, enterprises start to form their fitable strategy of logistics development so as to meet the serious competition. CNPC, the superior giant of state-owned enterprise, sustain the two mission, protection of national economy development and safety of petroleum strategy. As the branch of CNPC, Lanzhou petrochemical company, facing the competition, challengers from enterprises homeland and abroad, according to the development strategy of CNPC need to draft and form its strategy of logistics quickly. Therefore, the research in this thesis will give an support and reference to position and implement the strategy of logistics and promote the core competence in the serious marketplace.The thesis consists five chapters. The first chapter introduce the writing background and writing aims; The second chapter state the comprehensive theory of logistics, giving an outline of the latest research results and research motion on the basis of theory of logistics and logistics strategy, to act as a mirror for the research in the thesis. The third chapter analysis the environment of logistics in Lanzhou petrochemical company. Analyzing the present condition of nation’s petrochemical industry and the present condition of Lanzhou petrochemical company, the statement establish an solid foundation for the forming and implementing the strategy. The forth chapter, the core part of the thesis ,form the logistics strategy of Lanzhou petrochemical company, with the help of strategy Analyzing tools, choosing the logistics strategy and bettering strategy. the fifth chapter state how to implement the strategy.The research method using in the thesis is on the basis of Port’s analyzing theory on industry competence structure, supply chain management (SCM),core competence ,with the key point of using theory and method of inter and out environment, finding the special parts of environment of Lanzhou petrochemical company, appearing the strengthen, weakness, opportunity and threat. After great consult of fodder, data and present managerial operation, the thesis got the deep ,detail reason such as law rate usage of asset, high cost of logistics and weak comprehensive profit in asset operation, then point out the position of development. the thesis state the reform plan in three steps ,forming the strategy of logistics, implement the strategy of logistics and settling the present problems in developing logistics. The theories give out the view of developing the logistics under the background of continuing development of Lanzhou petrochemical company, which is a reference to this industry in practice.
