It has not only brought enormous changes to human society, but gradually become the most important resource for people to use. It permeates into our life; and gradually changes our traditional production concept. Public libraries as sets knowledge collecting, sorting, processing and tranission, storage and service organizations inevitably will be affected by the economic environment influence. So the competition in neither the library itself, nor the direction of social development, to introduce knowledge management, establishing an open knowledge sharing system will become the mainstream of development trend.This paper based on the knowledge sharing experience at home and abroad on the basis of theory, using a economics, statistics and management and so on various subjects. From the perspective of knowledge management, using document analysis, expert interviews and empirical research method to discuss the Public Library Construction and evaluation of knowledge-sharing system. And with a public library as an example, through an empirical investigation and research, make corresponding library knowledge sharing, and puts forward some strategies for performance evaluation.First of all, this paper introduced the knowledge sharing and public library related theory, based on the connotation of knowledge sharing, type and review of research at home and abroad, summarizes the development trend of knowledge sharing. Combination of public library content and characteristics, discusses the public library to knowledge sharing and the necessity of strengthening the basic theoretical research on sharing, especially micro-viewpoint, which made our public library knowledge resources sharing theory and practice to step on to a new stage. Secondly, and further analyzed the influence factors of library knowledge sharing, construction of knowledge sharing system, and taking a public library as an example, this paper analyzes the performance evaluation of knowledge sharing. Finally, targeted to the public library make evaluation are analyzed, and the library guarantee mechani of implementing and sharing with strategy, further realize the innovation of knowledge sharing services and value-added sustainable development, eventually for customer service.This article through the theoretical study and practical study to establish the public library knowledge sharing system model, and knowledge sharing for the library performance evaluation, summed up the library knowledge sharing system of protection mechanis and implementation strategies. I hope the knowledge management of public library, and practice knowledge sharing plays a certain reference.
