自从加入WTO以来,我国的物流怎么写作市场进一步对外扩大开放,国内的物流市场在外资、国有、民营物流企业的共同角逐下竞争愈加激烈化。民营物流企业如何在这场没有硝烟的战争中胜出,不断的成长壮大,是一个值得认真深思的不足。本文选择了一家大型民营第三方物流企业----MK物流企业集团有限公司的发展状况进行研究,力求能对该企业的发展提供战略指导,这是一个具有理论价值以及实践意义的课题,同时对物流行业内的其它大中型民营物流企业的发展战略同样可以起到借鉴作用。本文遵循的是如下的研究思路和研究策略:第一,从理论研究入手,通过对企业战略管理相关理论的综述,为MK物流企业集团有限公司发展战略的制定提供理论依据;第二,对MK物流企业集团有限公司所面临的外部环境从宏观环境、行业结构、竞争对手三个方面进行了详细的浅析浅析。宏观层面利用PEST模型浅析浅析了国内物流市场的宏观环境。行业结构层面运用波特的五力模型,对行业内的五种主要力量进行浅析浅析。竞争对手层面主要从外资、国有、民营三个板块来浅析浅析。在这三大层面的基础上运用外部环境综合浅析浅析法(EFE)进行综合评价,得出MK面临的机会和威胁;第三,对MK的内部环境从网络资源和信息系统、市场营销能力、资金能力和财务能力、组织结构与人力资源四个方面进行浅析浅析的基础上,运用内部环境综合浅析浅析法(IFE)进行综合评价,揭示了MK所面临的优势和劣势;第四,根据前面内、外部环境浅析浅析所得出的机会和威胁,优势和劣势,提出MK今后的发展定位和发展目标,并且制定出了实现发展定位和发展目标的具体的战略措施;最后,结合MK的2个实践业务操作案例,提出了进一步的提升物流怎么写作水平的几条倡议。本文在研究中运用理论研究、实证研究、模型研究等策略。理论研究主要有企业战略理论研究等;实证研究主要是以MK物流集团为例,将战略管理的理论及模型应用其中;模型研究主要有PEST模型,波特五力模型,层次浅析浅析法(AHP)模型、外部因素综合评价矩阵(EFE),内部因素综合评价矩阵(IFE)等。

【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com Since has joined WTO, our country’s logistic service market obtains the further development,in foreign capital, state-owned, under privately operated physical distribution enterprise together competition.The domestic physical distribution market competition is more intense.How the privately operated physical distribution enterprise win this war and grows inceasingly the strength is a question which is worth pondering earnestly.This article has chosen a large-scale privately operated third party logistic enterprise----The MK physical distribution enterprise group Limited company’s development condition conducts the research,makes every effort to be able to provide the strategic instruction to this enterprise’s development.This is a topic which has the theory value as well as the practice significance,meanwhile may play similarly role to the physical distribution profession’s other large and middle scale privately operated physical distribution enterprise’s developmental strategy .What this article follows is the following research mentality and the research technique:First, obtains from the fundamental research, through to enterprise strategy management correlation theories summary, provides the theory basis for the MK physical distribution enterprise group limited company developmental strategy’s formulation;Second, faced the external environment to the MK physical distribution enterprise group Limited company from the macroscopic environment, the profession structure, the competitor three aspects to carry on the detailed analysis.The macroscopic stratification plane used the PEST model analysis domestic physical distribution market the macroscopic environment. The profession structure stratification plane utilization baud’s five strength model, carries on the analysis to the profession five main strengths.The competitor stratification plane mainly from the foreign capital, state-owned, the privately operated three tectonic plates analyzes.Utilizes the external environment synthesis analytic method in these three big stratification plane’s foundation to carry on the quality synthetic evaluation, obtains opportunity and threat which MK faces; Third, to the MK internal environment from the network resource and the information system, market marketing ability, fund ability and financial ability, the organizational structure and the human resources four aspects carries on the analysis in the foundation, Carries on the quality synthetic evaluation using the internal environment synthesis analytic method, has promulgated the superiority and the inferiority which MK faces; Fourth, according to front, the external environment analysis obtains the opportunity and the threat, the superiority and the inferiority, will propose the MK present’s development localization and the development targets, and formulated has realized the development localization and the development targets concrete strategic measure; Finally, unifies MK two practice service operation case, put forward further promotion delivery service level several proposals.This article use fundamental research, empirical study, model study and so on in the fundamental research..The fundamental research mainly including the enterprise strategy fundamental research and so on;The empirical study is mainly take the MK physical distribution group as an example, and use strategic management theory and model application in it;The model study mainly including the PEST model, the baud five strength models, the analytic hierarchy process model, the external factor quality synthetic evaluation matrix, the internal factor quality synthetic evaluation matrix and so on.
