基于EVA财务管理体系构建

EVA(即经济附加值)这一概念是由美国思滕思特管理公司于20世纪80年代提出的,EVA最早是作为业绩评价指标出现的。传统的业绩评价系统主要以企业利润为中心,仅注重了企业的债务资本成本,而没有考虑股权资本成本。企业使用债务资本和股权资本都要付出一定的代价,但股权资本成本是一种机会成本、隐含成本。EVA弥补了这一不足,把股权资本成本也考虑了进去。《财富》杂志高级编辑AI·埃巴著书说:“EVA是现代管理公司的一场革命”,“一场真正的革命”。他说:“EVA不仅仅是一个高质量业绩指标,它还是一个全面财务管理的架构,也是一种经理人薪酬的奖励机制,它可以影响一个公司从董事会到基层上上下下的所有决策,EVA可以转变企业文化。EVA改善了组织内部每一个人的工作环境。EVA可以帮助管理人为股东客户和自己带来的财富”。本文从EVA的基本理论入手,以EVA财务管理决策系统、EVA业绩评价系统、EVA管理薪酬系统、EVA风险制约系统这四大系统构建起一个较为完整的EVA财务管理体系框架。EVA财务管理决策系统包括EVA投资、筹资和股利分配决策三个子系统。业绩评价层面主要是通过浅析浅析传统业绩策略的局限性,建立EVA和平衡计分卡相结合的业绩评价系统。EVA管理薪酬系统主要介绍了EVA红利计划和基于EVA的虚拟股票期权计划。最后本文从制约风险角度引入了EVA风险制约系统,从而EVA的应用涵盖了企业财务管理的各个方面,形成了一个完整的体系。在介绍完EVA财务管理体系后,本文介绍了一个应用EVA财务管理体系的成功案例,并进一步对我国企业应用EVA财务管理体系的一些不足进行了探讨,希望对我国财务管理体系的构建具有一定指导意义。

【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com The theory of EVA was founded by the consulting firm of Stern Stewart Co. in the 1980s.The traditional evaluation methods based on accounting profit, didn’t consider the equity capital. In fact, neither debt capital nor equity capital can be used by enterprises for free. EVA, which considers the cost of equity capital, surmounts this defect. AI Ehrbar, the senior editor of Fortune magazine, said:“EVA is a real revolution of modern company management”,“EVA is not just a high-quality performance indicator, but also a comprehensive financial management framework and a mechani of managers’compensation incentives. It could affect the staff’s decision-making from the board of directors to the low-level workers. EVA can change a company’s culture and has improved the internal working environment of the organization for everyone. EVA will bring the managers more wealth for both the shareholders and themselves.”This paper starts with the basic theory of EVA, and then introduces a comprehensive framework of the EVA financial management system from four aspects: EVA financial decision-making system, EVA performance evaluation system, EVA compensation management system and EVA risk control system. EVA financial decision-making system includes three sub-systems: EVA investment system, financing system and dividend distribution decision-making system. In the part of performance evaluation system, the author firstly analyses the limitations of traditional performance evaluation methods, and then suggests the application of the combination of EVA and Balanced Scorecard. For compensation management system, the EVA bonus plan and EVA-based virtual stock options plan are introduced. Finally the EVA risk control system is brought into the whole system considering the companies’risk control needs. In this paper, the application of EVA is introduced almost in all aspects of financial management, and a complete financial management system based on the index of EVA is constructed.After introducing the EVA financial management system, the author introduces a succesul case of EVA and then further discusses some issues of the EVA financial management system application in our country. Finally the author puts forward some suggestions of the EVA financial management system in our country’s companies in detail, hoping it will do more good to the construction of the EVA financial management system of our country’s enterprises.
