轻型纯电动客车动力系统建模仿真与测试评价

在当今社会,汽车作为不可或缺的交通工具,对人类社会的进步产生了巨大的推动作用,但与此同时,传统内燃机汽车所带来的环境污染、能源短缺等不足越来越突出。由于纯电动汽车在节能和环保等方面具有内燃机汽车不可比拟的优势,它的投入运行有利于减轻人类对石油资源的依赖,能大力缓解全球能源危机和环境不足,纯电动汽车的研发已成为各国政府和汽车行业的热点,电动汽车必将成为21世纪重要的绿色交通工具。本文以轻型纯电动客车为依托,通过仿真技术的研究,对轻型纯电动客车的性能特点以及设计规律作了比较深入的了解,验证轻型纯电动客车整车匹配的方案的合理性,从而可以缩短设计周期,降低研制费用,提高电动汽车的性能。而对测试评价的研究,可以为电动汽车特别是轻型纯电动客车的测试构建一个评价平台。首先,本文对纯电动汽车的发展历程、国内外发展近况、基本结构和特点、优点和不足进行了探讨,论述了纯电动汽车发展的必要性。并通过对纯电动汽车动力系统建模仿真和测试评价近况的浅析浅析,提出轻型纯电动客车动力系统的建模仿真和测试评价的策略。其次,本文在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,以仿真软件ADVISOR为平台,建立了轻型纯电动客车的整车模型、车轮/轴模型、主减速器模型、变速器模型、电动机及驱动制约器模型和动力电池模型,并针对软件只能对前轮驱动汽车进行性能仿真的局限性,通过对后轮驱动模型的更改,完成了二次开发。利用建立的模型,对所建立的动力系统进行了仿真浅析浅析,仿真结果验证了后轮驱动汽车动力系统建模的准确性和动力系统各硕士论文网件的参数匹配的合理性。最后,本文阐述了轻型纯电动客车样车在道路上和在底盘测功机上的试验及滑行试验的数据处理策略,建立了轻型纯电动客车的测试评价体系。通过整车道路试验和在底盘测功机上的试验,进一步验证了该轻型纯电动客车整车匹配方案的合理性。并对比了底盘测功机的两种阻力设定策略,为今后轻型纯电动客车的相关研究提供了参考。

However, at the same time, it also caused serious pollution and crisis of petroleum. Because electric vehicle has unparalleled advantage in energy-sing and environmental protection compared with traditional engine vehicle and it can lighten people’s rely on petroleum resources and relieve the problem of the environment, the research and development of electric vehicles has become the hot spot among the governments and auto industry. Electric vehicle will certainly become an important green transport in twenty-one century.The paper relies on the light electric passenger car, through the study of simulation, the performance and the design discipline can be better understood, the rationality of the matching of can be proved. Thus the cycle of design can be shorten and cost of design can be reduced and the performance of the car can be enhanced. The study of the test on the car can build a test platform for electric vehicles, especially for light electric passenger car.First, the paper discusses the development history, the development state, the basic structure and characteristic, advantage and disadvantage of pure electric vehicles, thus analyzes the necessity of the development of pure electric vehicles. Through the analysis of the state of light electric passenger car power system modeling and simulation and testing, the paper raises the method of modeling and simulation and testing for light electric passenger car power system.Second, under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink, regard ADVISOR as the simulation platform, the vehicle model, the wheel/axle model, the final drive model, the tranission model, the motor/controller model and the energy storage model are constructed. As to the limitation of the software which can only simulate the front drive vehicles, ADVISOR is redeveloped, and the models of the rear drive and each part of the power system are establish in this paper. The models are feasible by simulation analysis and the matching are checked to be rational.Finally, through the testing on the road and on the chassis dynamometer on the sample car, the rationality of the matching is further demonstrated. By the detailed introduction of the road test and testing on chassis dynamometer, the principle of the simulation of chassis dynamometer and the treatment processes of coastdown test are stated and the method of resistance setting are compared, the testing system of light electric passenger car are established and it provides reference to the study on light electric passenger car.
