The company’s main focus is concentrating on the NB area, mobile consumer electronics products such as the connector, the current market size of the company / year turnover is RMB2~3 billion.Due to the electronic consumer products he more and more new function and designs, meanwhile there are many competitors in the linker products market ,it is trend to develop hi value-added and micro hi-tech products. This requires our company to strength our main competitive power and R&D, product development and marketing capacity, so we will take the following actions:a. Design standard products, this will help us to sell more products in the oversea markets, we will change our business style from OEM to DEM mainly.b. Cut down cost, increase production efficiently, improve product quality, so we will he more opportunity when we he better price and quality.c. Try to know the complete request of the buyer and information of our competitors, then we can develop products together with the customer, in order to find the best way to get orders which can bring us the most profit. Furthermore, we can search full and abroad market information, establish good relation with the SQC, buyer of the clients. Additionally, we should bring back comprehensive market information and hand them to the development ,so the super manager can evaluate the new trends of the products in future.In view of this background, as the general manager of Octekconn Company, take our company as the study object, pay more attention on the whole enterprise management; Take the entire business management was the key point, analysis the past error decision at the present the advantages and the disadvantages currently, look forward to the future development direction; combining the theory and the practice. carries on comprehensive SWOT the research analysis, will understand and carves the electronic true research and development sale production core superiority and the market in the future the trend, then will take advantage of this proposed that the improvement countermeasure plan and the company whole short medium and long-term plan, and will promote company’s overall competitive power, in accordance to challenge future market competition.
