【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com The Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee put for-ward that enhancing the scientific level of party building should be regarded as an important strategic task at present and in the coming period. Based on sum-marizing itself basic construction experience, enhancing the scientific level of party building has been put forward, which deepened the understanding of the laws on governance by the Communist Party, on Building sociali and on de-velopment of human society. This essay firstly illustrates the statement, con-notation and characteristics, significance and principle requirement of scientiza-tion of party building. And then the author pays great attention to analyzing the constraints effecting the improvement of scientific level of party building. Last-ly, solution paths to improve the scientific level of party building are men-tioned. This essay is made up of four parts.The first part deals with the statement and content characteristics of the scientific level of party building. In this part, the background and theoretical and realistic bases are mentioned, followed by the connotation and characteris-tics of the scientific level of party building.The second part significance and principle requirement of scientization of party building are introduced. On the one hand, The author proposes that it is a common long-term purpose for the CPC to enhance the scientific level of party building and an inexorable requirement to solve the problems of the party itself and fulfill the historical task. On the other hand, Principle requirements of sci-entization of party building mainly refer to the use of scientific theory, scientific systems, and scientific method.The third part pays great attention to analyzing the constraints effecting the improvement of scientific level of party building. The constraints are fo-cused on three aspects:theoretical research relatively delayed inadequate reform and innovation and imperfect leadership system in which Party’s theoretical re- search, the grass-roots organizations of the Party and selecting and appointing of cadres are mentioned.The fourth part solution paths to improve the scientific level of party build-ing are mentioned and they are discussed from four aspects:the strengthening of theoretical research, the reform and innovation of party building, the reform and improvement of the Party’s way of leadership.
