On the background of building a harmonious society, it is of important theoretical value and operation significance to strengthen our rearch on pepole’s sharing the fruits of development. Based on Marxi theory and analysis on building a harmonious society, the paper analyzes the connotation and theory evidence of people’s sharing the fruits of development, its present situation and reasons and puts forward some strategies on this problem.The paper is divided to four chapers on logical construction.Chapter one deals with the general introduction of people enjoying the fruits of development, which goes like this:a summary on the connotation of people’s sharing the fruits of development, including the main body, the content ,the basic premise and the feature of sharing, And it also put forward to the significance of such issue.Chapter two includes the theoretical basis of people enjoying the fruits of development. It relates and analyzes the thought of The Marx’s classical writers and the thought on sharing of Chairman Mao’s, Deng Xiaoping’s, Jiang Zeming’s, Hu Jingtao’s works, which can provide theory evidence for realizing people enjoying the fruits of developmentChapter three handles the status quo of people enjoying the fruits of development, which is the major part of the present paper. It dialecticly analyzes the achievements and problems on people enjoying the fruits of development, and it reveals the reason of problems on people enjoying the fruits of development.The fundamental reason is not enough for the advanced productive forces, and the concrete reasons are as follows: the unscientific developing idea, unsound interrelated system, ailable policies and people weak sharing consciousness.Chapter four tells us the ways to make people enjoy the fruits of development on the background of building a harmonious society, which is the key to this paper. To the reasons of people sharing the fruits of development deficient, the paper puts forwards five ideas on how to solve the problem, including establishing the concept of enjoying and sharing, strengthening the material basis of enjoying and sharing, improving and perfecting mechani that represent justice and fairness, to increase the government’s ability to serve the public, to enhance the people’s ability to enjoy and share the fruits of development.
