These great reforms and changes he provided the advantageous condition for the non-profit organization’s development, the non-profit organization has developed rapidly in mainland China, the quantity and the type of the non-profit organization are getting more and more, moreover, they are playing a major role in every aspect of realistic social life. However, the non-profit organization faces many problems at the same time, they must enhance their level of self-management and the ability to serve the society for their own survival.Nowadays the operation of Chinese non-profit organization is mainly doing by the form of project. This article selects non-profit organization’s project management for the final thesis through the project form at the first stage to establish the highly effective project management system, to enhance the non-profit organization’s core competitiveness, to provide the beneficial reference for promoting our country’s non-profit organization’s health sustainable development effectively.This article is divided into five parts to elaborate our country’s non-profit organization’s project management. The first part is the introductory part which is mainly introduced the selected topic research background and the significance, the research mentality and the method; The second part includes the non-profit organization’s concept and the correlation theories as well as the introduction of the project management; The third part analyzes the current situation and the core problems existed of our country non-profit organization project management by case study; The fourth part analyzes the mode of the non-profit organization management; The final part comes up with the solutions of how to promote our country’s non-profit organization project management level according to our country’s current situation.
