项目管理策略在XY公司STT电力工程项目中应用

Currently Power grid construction has become the main direction of electric power construction, and the future is enticing. As the power system continuously deepens, more and more Power construction projects go into the market. Therefore, strengthening the management on project in Power construction projects has important theoretical and practical significance in elevating the level of the power project management; in guaranteeing constructive quality, constructive process and construction safety; in advancing the competence of the enterprises in the network construction market.The thesis thoroughly analyzed the project management methods applied on electric construction project, which regarded the STT electric power engineering construction project of XY Company as the research object, on the basis of theoretic studying and analyzing, applied relative principles of project management and electric power engineering construction project, and combined the characteristics of electric power engineering. Besides, through concrete program, it also did research on the efficiency of project management which on the progress control, the quality control, the security control of STT power construction project, representing the combination of canonical research and practical research.In this thesis, project management theory and methods will be applied to the specific power construction projects, proposed electrical construction projects which are suitable for the current company structure、development process and work breakdown structure (WBS).At the same time, it also proposes and analyzed the current supply of power construction company among the problems of the project and production causes; through the analysis about STT power construction, summarize, it presents strategies for the current problem of power construction projects.
