二经济转化背景下我国农村留守儿童家庭教育理由

The core issue of Left-behind children in rural areas is family education, the weakening and lack of family education is the cause of the most direct and most fundamental reason.Nowadays, our country is tranorming from dual economic to A Unified Economy ,the study of left-behind children in rural areas of family education must be placed in the dual economy against the backdrop of the dual economic tranormation. Dual economic tranormation of China’s traditional system of family education he had a serious impact on migrant workers of the left-behind children of parents in education and supervision has weakened and shortcomings, our left-behind children in rural areas of family education experienced serious problems. Meanwhile, families of children with educational problems in rural areas rear dual economic tranormation of china will also he a huge reaction, affecting the process of tranormation of China’s dual economy. In the context of China’s dualistic economic tranormation, from the left-behind children the causes of family education, there is the scope and impact of point of view, left-behind children in rural areas of family education nature of the problem has changed, is no longer a personal problem or family problems, but the impact on China’s economic tranormation process of a binary public issue.Under the background of the dual economic tranormation and the issue of family education, the left-behind children in rural areas can no longer solely the power of individuals and families to address the urgent, the Government need to take primary responsibility. The Government should play a central and leading role in gathering the family, schools, social organizations, communities and other areas of the strength of the formation of joint efforts to build a government as its core and left-behind children in rural areas led by a new system of family education. On the one hand, the Government should attach great importance to families of children staying in rural education, and establish a perfect left-behind children family education management and leadership system, strengthen the left-behind children work in family education, organization, leadership and supervision of the family education into the social and public service system. On the other hand, the Government should actively encourage and guide the various forces involved in resolving the issue of family education left-behind children in rural areas, and from the policy, input, guidance and other aspects to give support.
