The U.S which is the first main economical country has been collapsed by financial crisis, and Japan which is the 2nd large sized economic country is suffering from longer economic depression. In addition to this, the economic growth rate of Korea which grew rapidly in the past is being slower and slower.In this point, the focus is moved to Chinese economy and financial market which is the fastest growing country. Therefore, in the first part, this paper mentions the structure and features of Chinese financial market; especially, a stock market, and an exchange rate market. In the last part, the statue and the future prediction of Chinese economy after the crisis are presented.The essay falls into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly presents the background and aim of the study; and then second chapter presents the reform policy and outlook of China’s financial system; the third chapter presents the structure and characters of the stock market and foreign exchange market in China; as the central part, the fourth chapter presents the statue and the future view of Chinese financial market; the last chapter is the summary and the conclusion.
