区域扩张和业态选择对上市零售企业绩效影响

零售企业的发展主要体现在分店的扩张和经营业态的创新。选择合适的分店扩张战略和经营业态能够极大地提高企业的经营绩效,推动零售企业快速的发展壮大。那么,零售企业是选择固守本地区域还是进行跨区域扩张、向什么区域扩张以及选择什么样的业态与业态组合战略也日益成为理论界和实践界关注的不足。企业选择区域发展战略和业态组合战略,其目的都是为了提高企业的经营绩效。因此本文从企业综合经营绩效的角度出发,以我国47家上市零售企业3年的数据为研究样本,从市场状况、财务绩效、人力资源状况三个角度共选取了13个指标,利用样本企业3年数据的平均值通过主成分浅析浅析,计算出各个指标所占的权重,最后分别计算出我国上市零售企业3年绩效的综合得分。然后通过显著性检验和方差浅析浅析,以我国上市零售企业经营绩效的综合得分为因变量,以区域扩张战略和业态战略为自变量,分别验证了区域扩张与跨区域扩张、单一业态和多硕士论文网业态以及不同的区域扩张和业态组合战略对企业经营绩效影响方面是否存在着显著的差异。通过这样实证浅析浅析的策略最终得出本文的结论,同时本文对研究结论进行了结果解释并提出了针对性倡议。本文的研究结论表明,区域扩张和跨区域发展对企业的经营绩效存在着显著的差异,单一业态和多硕士论文网业态发展战略在企业综合经营绩效方面差异性不明显,不同的区域发展和业态组合战略在企业综合经营绩效方面存在着显著的差异。同时本文也浅析浅析了我国上市零售企业在区域发展和业态选择方面所具有的一些特点:进行跨区域扩张的企业经营绩效一般要优于区域内的企业;百货业态是我国上市零售企业中的主导业态;多业态的组合日益成为我国上市零售企业普遍采用的业态发展战略;在我国的上市零售企业中存在着业态盲目发展的现象。在区域发展和业态选择的组合方面,通过对经营绩效优良企业的深入浅析浅析,本文指出无论是区域内还是跨区域发展,零售企业要培养出自己的主营业态,特别是对于那些实行多业态发展的企业来说更应如此,要形成一个既有重点、又有辅助业态作为补充的较为全面和有效的业态组合。最后本文提出了自己的倡议:我国的零售企业无论是区域性的还是跨区域的都要强化自己的本土意识;要准确定位自身的目标市场,选择合适的业态形式;在区域的发展和业态的选择上要注重连锁的经营方式。最后希望本文能够为我国相关企业在区域扩张和业态选择方面提供一定的借鉴和参考意义。

Meanwhile the paper also listed retail enterprises in China and retail format choice in the regional development with regard to some of the features: Expansion of cross-regional business performance generally better than the region’s businesses; Store is the important type of operation in listed retail enterprises; Combination of multiple formats listed retail enterprises increasingly become widely used formats strategy; Blind development of the type of operation is common phenomenon in our business.
