【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com This paper investigates the ecology of Chagan lake, the surface water, the atmospherie and the present situation of the sound by different methods, then predicts the environmental impacts and arrives at the following conclusions based on the analysis of environmental capacity and environmental bearing capacity:Chagan lake touri economic development zone is located in the Chagan lake national nature reserve of Jilin province,which is an important wetland and also an ecologically sensitive area. Abundant species exist in this area,including forty-three key state-protected species , one kind of Endangered Animals and three kind of easy danger animals were contained.The regional ecological fragile is of general degree, with 40.5% most appropriate development land area, 43.8% less appropriate development, 15.57% is not suitable for the development. It has less impacts on the eco-system function to afforestation and restore the vegetation according to the plan. The focus of the ecological protection is the protection of Chagan lake economic development zone and the recovery of the plants. This paper puts forward detailed scheme of greening suggestions,the construction of "ecological corridor" to protect the wild animals, and also strengthen the management of the development zone. Due to the environmental capacity of Chagan lake was exhausted, slight pollution was appeared. Regardless of whether the sewage is treated, it has influence on water of Chagan lake, therefore it is prohibited discharged into. This paper finally gets the "alternative" based on the careful comparison and selection, that is building a plant of water disposal in the start zone. When the discharge standard become A after treatment, it can be used as the water for greening, road spraying, and the irrigation of the surrounding farms.The regional air quality is good, and it has a larger environmental capacity. The main problem is the odorous pollutants of the plant is sewage disposal. This paper suggests the health protective distance should be 100m, within this area, we should not plan and construct restaurants, hotels and residential projects which are sensitive to the disgusting ells. The acoustic environmental situation of intra-regional is good. The noise pollution primary derives from construction Machine, and it will end up with the construction. Accordingly, this article only puts forward some corresponding prevention measures about the fans, pumps and traffic noises during the operation period.
