基于JMF无线视频监控系统设计和实现

随着计算机技术的快速发展以及网络技术的不断更新,网络上与多媒体有关的应用越来越多。视频监控作为多媒体领域的一个延伸,如今已经融入到人们生活的方方面面,为人们能够迅速快捷的获取信息提供了方便。伴随着3G浪潮的到来,无线视频监控则成为当今的一个研究热点。目前大部分视频监控系统都是基于嵌入式开发的,虽然能比较好的实现视频监控的功能,但也存在着很多缺点,比如对硬件的依赖性太大、开发成本过高、可移植性以及跨平台性差等。为了弥补这些缺点,本文以大连开发区公路管理段公路数字化动态管理系统中移动路况视频监控系统为项目依托,设计并开发了一个基于JMF的无线视频监控系统。论文首先对视频监控的历史及近况做了简要浅析浅析,阐述了本课题研究的背景与意义。接着对开发本系统所需要的各种技术进行了浅析浅析研究,包括JMF技术、组播技术、实时传输技术、视频编码技术以及NAT穿透技术等。然后在掌握了各种技术的基础上对系统进行了详细的设计并按照设计方案对系统进行了编程实现。整个系统分为三个大模块:采集端模块,中心管理怎么写作器模块以及客户监控端模块。结合项目需求以及JMF的特性,选择H.263和JPEG作为编码标准。并通过对现有无线网络的浅析浅析,确定了采用3G网络传输视频信息的可行性。每个模块各司其职,并以怎么写作器为枢纽共同配合完成视频监控任务。本系统采用纯软件编程实现,脱离了对硬件的依赖,降低了开发成本。同时,JMF作为SUN推出的一个用于多媒体开发的框架,继承了Ja跨平台性的特点,所以开发出来的系统可以运行在多种平台上,实现了夸平台性。经测试,在网络正常的情况下,系统可以流畅观看实时监控视频,系统运行稳定,达到预期目标。

As an extension of multimedia field, video monitoring technology has blended into many aspects of people’s lives to help them get information quickly in convenience. With the arrival of 3G we, wireless video monitoring becomes a hot research spot nowadays. Currently most video monitoring systems are based on embedded development. Although this method can realize the function of video monitoring, but there are many shortcomings.First, this kind of system has much dependence on hardware. Second, the development cost is too high. Besides, bad portability and hing no cross-platform-ability are also its defects. In order to solve these problems, taking the wireless road condition monitoring system of road digital dynamic management system for road management bureau of Dalian Development zone as background, this paper designs and realizes a wireless monitoring system based on JMF.The paper first introduces the history and current situation of video monitoring, and expounds the research background and significance briefly. Then various technologies which are needed in the system development are analyzed and studied,including JMF technology, multicast technology, real-time tranission technology, video coding technology and NAT technology. After mastering there technologies, the paper gives a detail design for the whole system and realizes the system according to the design scheme by programming. The whole system is divided into three big modules:video capturing module, center management server and client monitoring module. According to the project requirements and JMF characteristics, H.263 and JPEG are chosen as video coding standard.Then by analyzing and comparing the existing wireless networks, we get the feasibility of using 3G as tranission network. Each module not only performs its own functions,but also cooperates with each other to complete more tasks.The system is realized by pure software programming. So it gets rid of the dependence on hardware and also reduces the development cost. Meanwhile, as a multimedia development framework provided by SUN, JMF extends the cross-platform-ability of Ja. So, the system can run on various platforms.By test, when the network is in normal situation, the system can replay the real-time monitoring video oothly. The system runs stably and reaches the expected target.
