【Abstract】wWw.shuoshilunwen.com This dissertation has inspected the economy of the Anhui Anti-Japan Base Area which the New Fourth Army opened and established during the Anti-Japanese War in the view of the moving of wartime economy. This dissertation is divided into four parts: The exordium primarily discusses the natural environment, economy conditions and situations of the Anhui Anti-Japan Base Area and the change after the South-Anhui Incident, and it aims to explain the necessity and urgency of the economy development; the second chapter discusses the wartime economic thoughts; the third chapter elaborates the economic construction research of the Anhui Anti-Japan Base Area. The research relates to the agriculture, industry, public finance, finance and commerce. The research intensively discusses the policies and measures of the economy development; the fourth chapter elaborates the economic policies of the Kuomintang controlled area, the Japanese and Puppet occupied area within Anhui province, and the comparison with that of the Anhui Anti-Japan Base Area. Finally, This dissertation discusses the contribution of the Anhui Anti-Japan Base Area to the New Fourth Army, the people, the Eighth Route Army and so on. In brief, the Anhui Anti-Japan Base Area and its economic theory and practice had made the tremendous contribution for the victory of Anti-Japanese War; in addition, it had improved the new democratic economic theory, and will help to the Spring of the Middle China of Anhui province.
